Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jeffrey Power Trans 5V33-985-LI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leroy-Somer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kop-Flex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the 101799 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBN2000 manufactured by Leroy-Somer and we are pleased to be able to service most Leroy-Somer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPR016766BSAR3X3954 by Manufacturer Kop-Flex as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SIZE4 by Kop-Flex and 100BTL12 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
